Send through all remaining conditions to the bank, these will be noted on the client’s approval email. Confirm with the lender that the loan is unconditional and request pricing

Send your client their rates and cashback using the ‘Shared Email Templates’ template called ‘Client rates & Cashback’
You may wish to add in a suggested loan structure at this point or you may wish to send rates & cashback only.
Include the unconditional letter of offer in this email. -
When the clients have decided on their final loan structure, send this loan structure to their clients using the ‘Client Rates & Cashback’ template and get their email confirmation of this.

For all lenders
Complete their specific handover forms found on MyCRM. Note that ANZ’s is in the Workbook.
Reply to the lender with handover form and copy of client’s email confirmation. Client confirmation can be copied and pasted below your email signature or attached as a PDF.
Double and triple check these match the client’s request and the rates offered.
Get it in writing from the lender that they have everything required in order to document the loan.

Go to the client’s application in MyCRM. Ensure that ALL the information under the chosen application is correct. For example, a lot of the time, we will be changing the preapproval on the property to an exact property and noting the final purchase price. There may be changes to deposit or other things of note.
Under ‘loan structure’ on the client’s application, untick ‘TBA’ and add int he client’s chosen rates. Note that you may need to add extra splits and ensure the repayment frequency is correct.
Rates in MyCRM may not be the final ones, please ensure that any adjustments in rates are corrected.

Before sending the SOA, make sure you click ‘Preview’ and read through the SOA thoroughly.
Once sent and the clients have confirmed verbally or in writing that they are happy with it’s contents, add in the TOE & Fact Find to the client’s documents on MyCRM.
Move the loan to ‘settled’.
Go back to the client’s main page and make sure that the settlement date on there is correct, as it usually makes the date that it’s noted as settled the settlement date, instead of the actual settlement date. -

It’s up to your discretion if you wish to include the client’s email in this, but at the very least it will set reminders for the adviser and any staff related to them for refixes and refinance opportunities
